Neurodon – From the 1st to the 3rd of May 2026

From the 1st to the 3rd of May 2026, the Château de la Ballue, a loyal partner of Neurodon partner for 20 years, invites you to contribute to neuroscience research by visiting its gardens!

When you visit the gardens over the 3 days, each entry entitles you to a €2 donation, which will be donated to the Fondation pour la Recherche sur le Cerveau (FRC). Your visit will help advance research into neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy.

Since the launch of the Jardins Ouverts operation in 2003, 330,000 visitors have enabled the Foundation to raise nearly €662,000.

Some thirty gardens in Brittany are also taking part in the event, in partnership with theAssociation des Parcs et Jardins de Bretagne (APJB).

Both a historic monument and a contemporary work of art, the gardens of La Ballue are a marvellous sight at this time of year. The famous wisteria avenue is in full bloom. The soft greens of the golden bower and privet play in the light, contrasting with the dark green of the yew. Come and lose yourself in the labyrinth and admire the vast landscape of the Couesnon valley.
