Since 1999, the Ballue Gardens have regularly welcomed visitors; that was the year in which the gardens, along with the château, were listed as historic monuments. The Ballue Gardens were also awarded the ‘Jardin Remarquable’ label shortly after it was introduced. Since 2005, several awards have recognised the owners’ approach to the gardens (the EBTS Grand Prix, the 2018 EGHN Award and a place as a finalist in the Fondation Signature awards), as well as the consistency of their approach to tourism (Étoiles du Tourisme – Culture & Patrimoine).
