16th edition of this National celebratory days proposed by the French Ministry of Culture, for festivities in French gardens : Meeting at the Gardens 2018
\nThe gardens will stay open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The gardens of la Ballue has been rewarded with the 2nd price, by the Europen Garden Heritage Network, as one of the most beautiful garden in Europe.<\/p>\n

The playful labyrinthine designs of the gardens of La Ballue, inspired by the Baroque Italian gardens of the 17th century are especially fun for children ! We offer a special brochure just for them, both playful and educational, to help them explore the gardens and their architecture. There is one brochure for children less than 9 years old, and another for the older ones. All children who fill out the questionnaire in their brochure will be rewarded !<\/p>\n

Program of this special day of the Meeting at the Gardens 2018:<\/p>\n

Special school day : Friday 1st, School group are welcome to visit La Ballue for educational visits, but must be reserved in advance.
\nSaturday 2nd : Guided tour of the garden with the owner of the Ch\u00e2teau at 3:00 PM
\nSunday 3rd : Concert and animations with the medieval group \u201cLa Menestraudie\u201d and the group of medieval dancers \u201cLes Fou\u2019g\u00e8rent\u201d in medieval suits for the occasion !<\/p>\n

And also the presentation of the book \u201cLa Ballue : variation d\u2019un jardin<\/a>\u201d with the photographies of Yann Monel, and texts of Marianne Niermans.<\/p>\n
